Tis the season for grilling. A few weeks ago I bought a new Weber charcoal grill. So far the most successful product has been homemade pizza (including dough from scratch.)

Wow! I didn't know you could do that. I would have expected the crust to be toasted and the top to be cool.
Encouraged by your success, I tried biscuits and they turned out pretty good. Thanks for the idea.
